Cancellation Policy

EquityPro reserves the right to cancel or suspend any subscription or service at its sole discretion without prior notice, especially in the event of non-compliance with our terms or misuse of services.
Clients may also initiate a cancellation request by contacting our support team via email at support@equitypro.co.in.
Cancellation requests must clearly state the registered email ID, subscription plan name, and reason for cancellation.

Refund Policy

In accordance with SEBI (Investment Advisers) Regulations, clients are entitled to request a refund for eligible paid services, subject to the terms mentioned below.
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed using the same mode of payment originally used for the transaction.
Refunds will be initiated within five (5) working days from the date we receive your valid cancellation request. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to credit the funds.
